Growing

So Audrey is going though a growth spurt....I think. This sandwich that she is eating is number two. I wont list everything else but I cant keep enough oranges, apples or B-Nana's in the house.
On a different note Spencer has Strep throat . He gets to start his winter break a few days early. It will be fun to have them at home for two weeks!

Accountability

So I have been so busy with life that I have stepped away from the blogging. The thing is I need to have some accountability to myself. I know I have my weekly WW meetings to keep me going, but there is something about writing about what goes through my head as I am running. Or what goes through my head as I talk myself out of not running.
Part of this exercise has been about opening myself up. Admitting failure and moving past it, celebrating accomplishments, and watching progress. I kind of lost my focus a little. I am still running, but need to push past my own set limitations. So this next year that is my goal. I have accomplished so much this past year for myself, I also know I have so far to go. I hope my ramblings help me further along the way.
