Audrey went for it today! She has got it! We are done with training wheels. She did fantastic, she still needs a little help with stopping and starting but I'm guessing by the end of the weekend nothing will stop her........(what did we do?)

Pool Day

Auntie and Uncle invited us over for pool day. We had a blast! Thank you Auntie and Uncle we will sleep well tonight.

12 Minute Mile

Two days this week I have run a 12 minute mile. Woo Hoo...so much better than my 15 minute mile! Now I need to do 12 minute miles and keep it up for 3. So many goals!

Out of Sync

Ever feel so excited about something yet so tired! That is how I feel right now. I have had a routine for weeks now and it seems like I am slowing down. I have kept my routine but haven't stepped it up for a while. In the past I would have maintained mediocrity and felt okay with my efforts. My routine got broken this weekend. I ran on Friday but not on Saturday or Sunday. Tonight I started and only ran part way. I wanted to sit and eat...I felt disappointed and depressed. So what did I do?

No more slacking for me! I am not waiting anymore. I have a time to beat. I should have listened to Brian and Beth! I should have registered last month. Our Special Day Assembly is the weekend after I will need a new dress by then!

Comfort Zone

Yes I stepped out of my comfort zone this weekend. I went sleeveless. I need to get past the arm thing and I am at the point I need to make myself a little uncomfortable and try something different Well here I am. Uncomfortable but not too unhappy. My arms are proportionate for my size, and I still have weight to lose. So all in all I feel pretty good!

Last Day of District Convention

I know people say each year how fantastic the District Convention is! This year was no different! We had a great weekend. Today was the drama and I don't want to spoil it but I did almost cry. The weather was the coolest of all days...very refreshing!
